Some console versions restrict adding external servers. This depends on the platform and may require platform-specific network settings.

Do I need a Microsoft/Xbox account?

Yes. Bedrock multiplayer requires a Microsoft/Xbox account with multiplayer permissions enabled.

Why does the server appear offline?

Refresh the status block, check the address and port, restart Minecraft and try another network. If the issue remains, contact support with the error text.

Unable to connect?

Check your game version and server address. If the error remains, open the contact page and include the exact error message or a screenshot.
